What to expect when you stop by?

We encourage everyone who is ordering a bag, or is interested in our product to stop by our storefront. We make all of our bags right in front of you in our Columbus store! There is no behind the scenes secret stuff going on, just talented people making products that they love. You can expect to be greeted by one of the people that will actually make your bag, and you are free to ask us anything about our bags. We love to make people feel that they are welcome. That being said, we are a production facility and we can get very busy. Please excuse us if we are completely focused on our bag building. It may take us a few seconds, but someone will be able to help you out.

You can also expect to hear some weird/terrible/awesome music and a lot of laughter. Basically, we are a bunch of young people that are actually getting a chance to do what most people dream of; work with our friends and make quality products in a relaxed environment.

How we get bags to you?

We ship all domestic packages UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email. All international packages are shipped USPS unless another option is specified. Once the packages leave our shop (with the correct address) we are no longer liable for them. We will do what we can if there is any problem, but most of the time the shipping company is more helpful than we are.

What’s the best way to wear a bag?

Our bags are designed for maximum comfort while riding a bicycle. What does that mean? That means that Our bags are meant to be worn high on your back. They should be snug! Also, the strap pad should sit on the shoulder that the bag sits on.

How do we create our images?

All of our images are hand generated on a high speed industrial sewing machine. Our art is not made by a computer! We use a combination of embroidery and appliqué (embroidery around cut shapes). We do not do any screen printing or painting. That being said, we can get extremely detailed with our embroidery.

Can I submit my own artwork?

Yes!!! Our goal is to make you something unique. Please send us your ideas, images, and pictures. We can also generate images for you, because sometimes you don’t have a picture. Please be specific with us about what you envisioned on your bag. There is an additional art creation fee if you decide to have us draw it for you.

How do i submit artwork?

We can accept art in almost any format. JPEG, AI, PSD files are the best. We prefer AI vector files because it is easier for us to resize and make adjustments. Please be as specific as you can with your artwork. We can't read your mind, but we'll give you a plenty of opportunities to ask questions and verify the design before we begin working.

I have an idea for a custom bag, will you make it for me?

We have designed all of our extra features to be able to accommodate almost any specific need that you can think of. But if you want some kind of special bag unfortunately we usually have to say no. We are extremely busy, and almost all of the “custom build” projects fall on me (Dan) and I always have tons on my plate. And, it is not the most lucrative time investment for us. But sometimes it is something that might catch our interest. Basically, we have to refuse a lot of these types of projects, but we like to keep it interesting so we will do one every now and then. Drop us a line and let us see what you are thinking.

Will you sponsor my event?

We love to sponsor events. But more specifically we love sponsoring charity events. Please give us plenty of notice! Again, we are very busy and we need plenty of notice. Just send us an email with your race flyer and all of your contact info (including shipping address) and we will do what we can.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Yes! We ship anywhere that has an address.

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes. We sell gift certificates in any amount. Just give us a call or shoot us an email and we will get you all sorted out.

Are you hiring or accepting interns?

We are always accepting resumes. Unlike many companies we keep these on file! Our need fluctuates by season, so we love to have a bunch of options to choose from. We only ask that people stop by and show us some stuff that they have made.

Warranty?

Our bags are covered against any manufacturing errors. Anything that is stitched by us is covered. If you have a problem with your bag, let us know and we will take care of it. We can tell if we didn't cause a flaw. If you happen to be riding home from the bar and take a nasty spill and land in a pile of razors blades, we will try our best to work with you to take care of any damage.

Can my shop carry your products?

We are always looking for new shops carry our gear. Please give us a call and we can discuss what that will look like.

Is all of your stuff handmade or do you alter premade bags?

All of our stuff is made from scratch. We cut it, sew it, and ship it all in the same building. Everything comes into our shops as rolls of fabric, Velcro, and webbing and leave as the most beautiful bags on the planet.

Return policy

We try and work with you at every step to make sure that your custom bag is exactly what you want. In light of that, there is no returns on custom bags - we cannot accept your custom bag back. If you have a problem with your bag, let us know. We will try and figure it out. That's why it benefits you to be as specific as possible with your art, and your custom options. If you want the little yellow bird on your bag to be exactly 3.58 inches, tell us and we can do it.

We DO accept returns on Black Bags and premade bags. The bags must be in like new condition, and can only be returned for store credit. The customer is responsible for shipping.

Keep in mind the size of our bags. Some of them are very large! Please, look at the sizes, and look at the pictures. Most sizing shots were taken on a 6 ft tall man.
